Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
2.1 COD Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹99 is collected at the time of order placement as part of the total order value to confirm the order.

This amount is not an additional charge.

However, it is non-refundable if:

The order is refused at the time of delivery
The shipment is returned (RTO) due to customer unavailability or refusal

This condition exists to offset logistics and handling costs incurred in processing COD orders.

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to this policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and images are the exclusive property of Ascot London and may not be used without permission.

4. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Courier delays
Customs-related issues
Incorrect information provided by customers
5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
