1. Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

India: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, or external delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, shipping charges may apply depending on delivery location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, a portion of the total order value (₹99) is collected at the time of order placement to confirm the order.

This amount is not an additional fee and is adjusted within the final order value.

However, this ₹99 is non-refundable if:

The customer refuses to accept the order at delivery
The order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to non-acceptance or unavailability

This amount is retained to cover operational and logistics costs incurred in processing the order.

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to this condition.

5. Courier Partners

We use reliable logistics partners based on serviceability and region. Delivery timelines may vary accordingly.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via email after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Address

Delays or additional charges may apply if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided.

8. Customs (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
