Refund policy

Our products are crafted with precision and care, and we want you to be fully satisfied.

1. Return Window

India: 7 days
International: 14 days
Return window begins from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
With original tags and packaging

3. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 8% of the refund value (before taxes) is deducted from the refund on returns.
For returns within India, this fee is the only deduction. No separate return shipping charge is deducted.
No restocking fee is charged on exchanges, or on damaged or wrong products (see Sections 6 and 7).

4. Returns on Multi-Pair Offers (Buy More, Pay Less)

Multi-pair offer prices apply to the number of pairs you keep. If you return part of a multi-pair order, the pairs you keep are re-priced at the offer price for that quantity, and the balance is refunded.

Refund = amount paid for the order − offer price of the pairs you keep.

Examples (prepaid prices):
You buy 3 pairs for ₹5,224 and return 1. The 2 pairs you keep are priced at the 2-pair offer of ₹3,799. Refund = ₹5,224 − ₹3,799 = ₹1,425.
You buy 3 pairs for ₹5,224 and return 2. The 1 pair you keep is priced at ₹2,184. Refund = ₹5,224 − ₹2,184 = ₹3,040.

If you return every pair in the order, the full amount paid is refundable.
The prices used are the ones that applied to your order (prepaid or partial COD) on the date of purchase. The restocking fee in Section 3 applies to the refund amount.
Exchanging a pair for another size or colour does not change your offer price.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item passes quality check. It would be Credited in your bank account within 7 days. For COD orders it might take up to 14 days.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

Replacements are allowed only for selected products, based on availability.
No restocking fee is charged on an exchange for a different size or colour.

7. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
Email hello@ascotlondon.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with images of the product.
Exchange and replacement delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days.
No restocking fee is deducted in these cases. If the item was part of a multi-pair order, the per-pair price you paid for that item is refunded in full and the offer price on the pairs you keep does not change.
